HDGHA currently owns and manages a total of 60 townhome-style units ranging in size from one to five bedrooms in the Somerset Manor community of Havre de Grace.

Our Somerset Manor community features accessible and adaptable units as well as other units suitable to meet the needs of disabled persons with mobility needs. There is a preference on our waiting list for families whose head or co-head of household is disabled. Accessible dwelling units are reserved for eligible families whose members have mobility impairments and need the features of those units; HDGHA will go down the waiting list to find applicants who meet that criteria.
